TESDA Short Course Gas Welding NC II

Gas Welding NC II is one of courses offered by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority. This is the continued training course of NC I level. This training course will help you on how to do proper, accurate, and quality in your work.

You will gain knowledge in alloy steel tubes and plates welding procedure with the usage of gas welding procedure. You will also learn quality structure promotion and contribution, proper usage of hand tools, electrical tools, hydraulic tools, safety precaution application in your work area, engineering drawing/ layouts interpretation.

Course duration (Training time that will be consumed): Gas Welding NC II takes 234 hours to finish.

Requirements to apply as a Course Trainee:

1. Certificate of Birth (NSO copy)
2. 1×1 or 2×2 Photo ID (for record purposes)
3. High School Diploma
4. Police Clearance Certificate
5. Barangay Clearance Certificate
6. Good Moral Character Certificate or Honorable Dismissal

You are required to submit your NC I level certificate before enrolling in this training course.

Job opportunities after the Program

Gas Welding NC II assessment passers/ Certified may work in any field related like:

You may apply as a acetylene welder in any company related to your field, you may also put up your own welding shop if you like but we suggest to avail the OJT program to know more about this course.

Gas Welding NC II trainees must pass the assessment in order to get the certification you might need in applying work overseas.

Please be careful while you are in the assessment area, be alert in everything you do, unattended materials may cause injury/ amputation.
