Gas Tungsten Arc Welding NC II is one of courses offered by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority. This training program will train you on how to weld carbon steel pipes materials and carbon steel plates by following specified layout/ diagrams/ procedure.
You will also learn on how to apply safety procedures and practices, industry calculation techniques and procedures, quality system promotion and contribution, proper usage of tools, welding materials preparation, welding tools fitting, carbon steel plates welding GTAW, carbon steel pipes welding GTAW.
Course duration (Training time that will be consumed): Gas Tungsten Arc Welding NC II takes 268 hours to finish.
Requirements to apply as a Course Trainee:
1. Certificate of Birth (NSO copy)
2. 1×1 or 2×2 Photo ID (for record purposes)
3. High School Diploma
4. Police Clearance Certificate
5. Barangay Clearance Certificate
6. Good Moral Character Certificate or Honorable Dismissal

You may apply as a GTAW/ TIG Welder, there are several industrial companies that are looking for under chassis tig welder for their company, like Kawasaki in Mandaluyong, my friend who works there said that the company pays well for their welders/ employee. If you have 2 to 3 year experience in TIG welding, you may also check out overseas employers that are looking for applicants with TESDA certification.
